Being a local real estate agent in Carlsbad and owner of LENSKA Realty based in Carlsbad I’ll keep an close eye on this neighborhood. Spring is here and so everybody is watching the seller activity. Carlsbad real estate agents are eager to show new listings to their ready-to-buyers. Low inventory is a countywide statistic and Carlsbad is no exception. Very few new construction projects have started and only 3 new home communities, Palo Verde at The Foothills by Brookfield, Voscana by Shea Homes and Westcott at La Costa Oaks.
